Safety on tour

Last Monday, the prevention advisors from the companies within VT-Invest Construction Group came together for an inspiring and informative day.

We visited SRW, STABIL Stut- en schoringswerken, VCS Steel and CONDECO prefab gevelelementen, as well as a construction site of VAN DE WALLE Industrial Building Contractor in Kortrijk.

During the visits, positive points and best practices were shared, while the participants openly discussed more challenging safety issues. On site, they also brainstormed together about possible solutions and improvements.

The day also included an interactive workshop on delivering toolbox talks, led by Vincent Geers from Allianz. And the team spirit continued throughout the day: a fun quiz put their knowledge of interesting facts, workplace well-being legislation and company culture to the test.

The inspiring day concluded with a convivial dinner, providing an opportunity to continue the conversations and exchange experiences.
