B&R Bouw en Renovatie joins VT-Invest Construction Group

Aalter, 15 October 2026 – VT-Invest Construction Group has officially completed the acquisition of B&R Bouw en Renovatie, based in Rekkem. With this transaction, the family-owned construction and investment group from Aalter welcomes a new company to its network of construction-related businesses.
Building a strong future together
B&R Bouw en Renovatie brings 36 years of experience, craftsmanship and strong family values. These qualities align with the long-term vision of VT-Invest Construction Group, which supports construction-related businesses with expertise in management, finance and business operations.
Joining the group gives B&R access to a network of complementary companies. The group operates across various sectors of the construction industry, including residential, commercial and industrial construction, precast concrete, steel and timber structures, façade renovation, recycling, infrastructure works, and shoring and propping.
